Not only do you have a chance to have your script read by each member, but if you are the winner, you will sit down face-to-face with them in a formal pitch meeting.

Colin O'Reilly
Menlo Park Productions

One of the hardest-working young reps in the business, Colin has developed a reputation for discerning taste and tracking down new, un-discovered talent. One of the most voracious script-readers in the business, he's located some of the most exciting new writers working in town today. In 2007 Colin O'Reilly turned film producer with his big screen release of Blades of Glory staring Will Ferrel.

Darren Goldberg
Atlantic Pictures

Darren Goldberg has recently launched Atlantic Pictures, a New York City based Production Company. Formally a principal partner at The 7th Floor, Darren has produced numerous award-winning films, such as Manito (Sundance 2002), Cry Funny Happy (Sundance 2003), ROOM (Sundance 2005, Cannes 2005), and Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story (SXSW, Grand Jury Prize 2004). Most recently he produced Gardener of Eden, directed by Kevin Connolly, and The Cake Eaters, directed by Mary Stuart Masterson, both of which will premiere at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival. Darren has also served as a production supervisor on various films and commercials, including Bruno Dumont’s Twenty Nine Palms, Andrew Niccol’s Lord of War, starring Nicolas Cage and Ethan Hawke, and Whatever Lola Wants, produced by France’s Pathé films. His commercial work includes spots for Partizan, TBWA and Chelsea Pictures.

Sheila Hanahan
Producer, Practical Pictures

This former head of development for Zide/Perry Entertainment (American Pie and Final Destination franchises) is now Craig Perry's producing partner in their new production venture Practical Pictures. In just their first few months of existence, the pair began production on the third installment of Final Destination and set up numerous projects at the various studios. Also an instructor and thesis advisor for the MFA Producer's Program at UCLA, she has helped many young writers climb through the ranks and break into the business.

Michael Schreiber
Head of Development, Tapestry Films

Beginning his career under the watchful eye of Dimension Film's own Bob Weinstein, this young producer now runs development for the company that delivered such hits as Serendipity, The Wedding Planner, Pay It Forward, and Wedding Crashers. With over a dozen projects in development, Schreiber is already growing into a film force to be reckoned with.

Tracey Becker
Beachfront Productions

Tracey Becker is an independent film producer living in Venice, California. She has developed a TV series for Dustin Hoffman and his Punch Productions; consulted on Glamour Magazine short films by Jennifer Aniston, Bryce Dallas Howard and Trudie Styler; developed Alan Arkin's newest directorial effort, "Chrysalis"; and associate produced 2005's 7-time Academy Award nominated film, "Finding Neverland", which she developed from Allan Knee's stage play "The Man Who Was Peter Pan". She is currently producing "Hysteria" with Sarah Curtis ("Mrs. Brown", "Charlotte Gray", "Run, Fat Boy, Run"), the thriller "The Heir" with DeLux Studios in Luxembourg, and the New Hampshire-set "Losing Jerry" featuring 25 songs by the Grateful Dead, with Mitch Ganem writing and directing.

Marc Bechar
RPM International

Marc Bechar has recently been appointed director of development for RPM International, a literary management and production company representing award winning writers and directors based in seven countries. Prior to RPM, while working as an independent producer and production executive for Sony Latin America, Marc produced and/or oversaw production of over 10 feature films and 70 hours of prime time Brazilian television programming with companies such as Fox, Warner Brothers, Sony and the major Brazilian TV networks.
